 ART AS TRANSFORMATION

I've long been passionate about art as a vehicle for self-discovery. When it comes from the heart it changes both artist and audience. Sometimes change is subtle, sometimes more dramatic. With this theme I've developed a series of workshops using drawing and writing.  The first is "How to Meditate without Sitting Still", for those people (like me) who find traditional meditation a challenge. Using a simple process, participants use a 'seeing' meditation which results in sensitive drawings and insightful writing. No prior drawing and writing skill required.
