We gather and write together in a series of 10minute spontaneous writing exercises. Come and join us.
11 Second Avenue Sandgate.
Why do I write?
I write for the fun of it. I write because I like words and the ways in which I can string them together.
I write to record my past; to remind myself of long lost memories.
I write to celebrate my life, my experiences and my understandings.
I write because it is easy to for me to paint pictures; to make a memory of people, places and times.
I write and it soothes my soul. Writing reinforces my existence and gives value to my experience. It enhances my sense of self and encourages me to be understood and forgiving myself and others.
My writing is a celebration, a joy, a gift.
